Ordered online, driver paid less change and went away with 1.50. I reviewed the order as 1 star, and restaurant replied on my rewiew on just eat. That driver assures them he gave me 1.50 wtf? And said u should hv called resaturant before giving a review. they accused me of lying in review for just 1.50, and was obviously already think their food is best. My problem isnt food, i can get far better food from 100s of shops in birmingham. But the way the driver acted, said i ll bring 1.50 from car and never showed up, and the way the replied my rewiew on just eat, its just disgusting.Do check the photo attached to see how they take a bad rewiew.
Yesterday i did not have a great experience with their food. First of all the delivery time was fat too long and it should be quicker. When we got the food it was all cold and the boxes the food came in were all soaked and falling apart. Finally we got charged for extra food that we did not order which has pissed us off. I do not recommend this as a food place that you go to first because i was disgusted by this.
Food is not very great, chicken niblets are delish but smaller than a babys finger. The staff are absolutely the worst, don’t care for you, have major attitude and are very disrespectful. You have to wait for like 10 minutes for a simple 1.20 burger and you be greeted with ‘What, what is your order’. But there is only one man that knows how to speak english properly and is well mannered.
Cleanliness is oki, staff are good price have gone up bit still not so bad for a quick bit. Has some seating and it has standard food kids meal burgers are bland but chicken drum sticks are nice.
