I walked in here the other day as a lone woman coming back from work, hoping to buy a takeaway. I’d never been in before, but we’re in Birmingham – surely every fast food place is great, right? Boy, was I ever wrong! I walked in, and was getting my money out of my bag before I ordered, when both the staff and their friends (presumably) who were hanging around started jeering at me, harassing me and yelling out things because I was a woman. I left in disgust (to cheering) and one of the workers whistled at me and followed me out of the door before staring at my back as I walked down the street. This place is a joke. They should either hire new workers and fire the current ones, or close down, as the current staff are clearly more interested in dossing around harassing women with their friends than actually doing the jobs they are paid to do!
