Good points and bad. OK, in no particular order.Freezing in winter as there is no heating other than a fan over the entrance door.Tapas is tasty but very expensive (anyone who has been to Spain will agree) and I have seen staff buying the bread from Sainsbury’s Local opposite!Excellent cocktails and the draught beers are well kept. The owner is very gregarious. The two long serving bar staff, hmmmmm. The pretty girl is miserable and moody. I have never seen her smile. The aloof male is, well, very aloof.Good atmosphere in what can become a tightly packed bar.Moseley benefits from this bar and it is worth a visit. I do feel the tapas is over priced and the bar staff need to improve their customer service techniques. If you want much better food (again not cheap) head to Byzantium in Kings Heath.Overall 7 out of 10.

The Best Tapas outside of Spain. I am from Madrid and I have to say that La Plancha is the best Spanish restaurant that I have been to outside of Spain and I have eaten in a good few outside of my country. The food is authentic and the staffs are very friendly. The place is cosy and great for a romantic night or a night with friends to celebrate. The prawns in garlic are excellent and so are the lomo. I highly recommend La Plancha. The owner Carmel is a very pleasant person and I would say the hostess with the mostess. I will be defiantly be going back and I will taken my family when they come this summer.
