There was quite a line up waiting to order at 10.30 on a Thursday morning but it moved quite quickly. The seating area was also busy with people having to share tables. The coffee was good, as I have come to expect from Caffe Nero.

Good service although was not given a tray as I had a ‘reusable’ cup. Poor seating arrangements which led to a lot of unusable seating in inaccessible areas. Coffee/hot chocolate good as always.
Went in last week. It was a very hot day and the place was like an oven. Was told the air-con has been broken since March! Placed my order, got my debit card out and was told the card machine was broken!
