with regret, the Rasoi has lost our custom due to their incompetence and poor business etiquette. The food is delicious but the service is utterly appalling. We almost always order take away and often cannot get the receptionist to understand our order/address etc. Food is always delivered late, we’ve put up with this for 2 years but cannot accept the poor level of service when last time, food was a staggering 2 hours late. Upon calling several times in between, we were lied to, told that the food had left the kitchen. So its unacceptable that the food still took a further 1 hour to reach us and the venue is only 5 minute drive away. Obviously a management issue. We were given no compensation and the management have done nothing to keep our custom – alarming since we spent almost 1k hosting a party at this restaurant . very, very incompetent and foolish.
