Do not eat here. The service is terribly slow and they even charged me 8 for some broccoli – an item which wasn’t on the menu, and didn’t even come with meat or fish. Such a rip off! When I complained about the service, the manager told me that our table had been miserable all evening (simply because I had to ask several times how long our food would be) and so we deserved poor service! She said she didn’t want my custom and didn’t care if I wrote a bad review. We cannot have restaurants like this in Muswell Hill! They should not be allowed to get away with such rudeness – it lowers the whole tone of the neighbourhood.

One time the delivery was taking longer than an hour and when we complained we were just told to wait ad there was nothing they could do… and they didn’t even apologise.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!! Disgraceful & disgusting attitude and service. Needless to say 1 hour after placing order with a very rude man, he calls me to tell me I won’t be receiving my order at all!
Terrible Service. The food at Yien was really delicious, it was just a shame the service let the whole evening down. When we ordered our entrees we asked if we could have some time before ordering our mains. The waiter asked us ‘ to order your mains now as you are having ribs for entree and your dirty hands will get on the menu.’ I had to actually say, just give us some finger bowls! This was so rude and the waiter was miserable the whole evening. When we refused to pay the including 10% service fee, but offered to explain why we were offended he got stroppy and our credit card thrown back at us. Will not be going back!
One to miss. Food delivered after 90 mins when they said 45. Plum sauce from duck so watered down and tasteless it ran out of the sealed container and covered all the other containers in the bag. Satay had no sauce and tasted of very little. Boiled rice given instead of egg-fried. Cheapskates don’t even give you prawn crackers despite their premium rate prices. Don’t waste your time or money on these charlatans.
