An evening at Wilder begins at 7.30pm when we open our doors: relax with a pre-dinner drink and allow us look after you. At 8pm Chef Matthew Beardshall creates and serves a perfectly balanced eight course tasting menu, plenty of surprises along the way and always the very best produce from the daily markets.
