Probably more French than the French restaurants we visited around Roquefort-les-Pins this Summer. The French onion soup smelt wonderful but wasn’t quite as good as it promised. The whole sea bream on the bone was delicious as were the accompanying sides. The house wine was one of the best I’ve had in a long time and didn’t make me wish I’d had something else instead. The crepe was also excellent and liberally doused with brandy. It’s not cheap but it was good value and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was that Rene didn’t pop out from behind the bar to sneak off with Yvette.
