One of the must go Korean restaurants in this ‘korean’ town. The bulgogi tasted a bit strong maybe due to the sauce but it was still savoury and nice. Love the side dishes including the soup, resembles my friends’ homemade soup with rice cakes in it!
Yami is one of my go-to Korean restaurants in New Malden , especially when I want something a little more formal with friends. It’s slightly more pricey than others in the area, unless you’re there for the weekday lunch menu, but this is fine as the quality is good. Side dishes are generous though sadly not refilled and their grilled dumplings are a bit measly compared to others I’ve had. But the Dolsot bibimbap is very good, with unctuous marinated beef, and the seafood soup is good as well. It’s consistently good, so I’d recommend it.
