Our story The idea of opening a restaurant comes to us after one of our son's swimming class, when we could not find a simple, tasty and healthy alternative to fast food. Our answer was to open the first Sakura Valley in July 2016 on Golden Hill Lane in Leyland Lancashire, serving Japanese style food to locals, and this restaurant is still up and running today.
