We have brought this great British dish back to its fundamental roots as we believe that you shouldnt change something that works so well! We are NOT reinventing things if you want a fan-dangled pan-Asian fused fish and dumplings, Im sorry but thats just not us we have stuck to what we know and are good at the best authentic British Fish and Chips.
