We are a small artisan ice cream making company based on the Berkshire/Oxfordshire border whose passion for ice cream originates from our travels and long childhood holidays in Italy, the home of gelato. For us, ice cream is all about passion, desire, precision, and creativity. All our flavours have been carefully developed, using only the best quality natural ingredients such as hazelnut from Piedmont, pistachio from Bronte, Sicily and vanilla from Tahiti! Our ice cream is made with fresh whole milk and cream and contains less than half the amount of sugar as the usual supermarket brands, on average about 7% fat and no nasty additives at all! In our sorbets we only use fruit, water, some sugar and natural plant based stabilizer.
