PAUL's bakery in Newbury is located in the Parkway Shopping Centre with its range of top fashion and lifestyle brands, in the heart of this attractive historic town in Berkshire, often cited as one of the best places to live in the UK. Alongside our bakery we have a 32-seat caf which is a great place to give yourself a break from shopping and enjoy a real taste of France. William the Conqueror granted the land where Newbury now stands to one of his loyal knights, Ernulf de Hesdin. Several hundred years later, the French have brought another, gentler invasion to West Berkshire in the form of our authentic French bakery and caf.
