Went with friends for afternoon tea. Good sandwiches, two cakes and a scone per person. Unlimited tea. Very good value at £10 per person served in the conservatory. Friendly service. We were the only ones eating which was a shame.
Visited the restaurant and conservatory regulary over the last 10 years it may not be trendy but you get good kitchen prepared food served in a traditional English way with staff that actually seem to care well done we’ve always had lovely food
A superior room for one night, very nicely decorated, everything one could need, clean, comfortable, charming reception staff, nice continental breakfast.
