The food and drinks were nice, the setting casual and comfortable but I didn’t like the expensive prices. It was £7 for a crepe and £5 for a slice of cheesecake which to me is outrageously expensive and not expected outside of London.
Getting milk free sorbet is difficult but Benet’s Café not only have milk free Sorbets but some different flavours, too.Sitting at the bar watching the world go by this is a great place to sit and relax.
Mediocre food, service and value. Zero atmosphere, at least partly due to overloud music controlled by waiter according to his taste through his mobile phone. Request to reduce volume was acknowleged, but reduction barely perceptible.
Stopped in for a quick cup of ice cream. Many appealing flavors. Good service from friendly staff. Try the wild cherry flavor. A cafe is attached but I cannot comment on the fare there as we did not eat.
A Cambridge institution, amazing ice cream. Check out the Cambridge Blue and watch the crowds in front of the college.
Lovely pancakes! Would definitely recommend strawberries and Nutella! The room isn’t that nice but the atmosphere is perfect for a coffee break 🙂
