Sahara City has recently opened in Newquay, located at the bottom of Cliff Road. A remarkable Restaurant set over two floors offering both a family and an intimate fine dining experience, the outside entrance and ground floor boasts in authentic Moroccan decor delivering a real European vibe. The second floor set up as a new function suite offers space for Private Parties, Informal Weddings, Christmas Parties and conference facilities. With an extensive menu on offer for both dine in or takeaway, you can be assured the ethnic backgrounds of the kitchen from Egyptian, Moroccan and Lebennon a world of flavours, spices and herbs this coupled with their expertise guarantees a meal experience. The set menu is perfect to taste and sample the dishes or indulge in one of the authentic Tagines, operating through two kitchens one of which has a Charcoal Grill specialising in slow cooked marinated meats served on skewers; Sahara City are working with Mr Kittow's Family Butchers whom are making the signature Lamb sausages using Chef's blend of secret herbs and spices. Now open for lunch serving a selection of wraps, salads and Lunch dishes. For the little ones a childs menu and meal deal offer is available. Also we have a purpose built child soft play area will be open towards the summer. If you are just passing you will find a comfortable lounge setting outside where you can enjoy classic cocktails and whats more Sahara City has the only Shisha bar currently operating in Cornwall!
