I don’t for one minute believe they would send mouldy nan or stale salad out, been ordering from them bout 5 years and although I have had trouble with delivery time in the past I can honestly say that the food as always been first class, fresh, hot and very good quality so don’t make up things because they was a little late and ran out of donor

That’s funny tbh I have ordered from munchies for the past 5 years now n I have never had any trouble my food was always on time n they’ve always used the freshest ingredients to satisfy my happiness. I will guaranty that u will never experience a better take away then this respect to everyone who works there keep up the excellence work u r already doing.
We made our order at 6.10 it got to 8 oclock still nothing so i rang up the woman on the phone said theyd run out of donner mean so she sent a extra piece of chicken and that she couldn’t tell us what time she was seeing the food out it finally came at 9.30 and it was absolutely disgusting the nan bread was mould and the salad was brown don’t normally post complaining but this place needed to be named and shamed it was vile
We used to really love ordering from here however have just waited nearly 2 hours for our order. after 1 hour waiting we then phoned them back and was told they were extremely busy and it would be 15 mins however we then waited another 55 mins for our order and didn’t even get an apology or anything. WILL NOT be ordering ever again
