Definitely wears an air of elegance but the dishes are average at best. While they did get the rice right, the veg tempura was bare bones and bland, the spring rolls were all pastry. The main course was a soulless mash of noodles and rice. Far from being a bad experience, this was one just lacking anything memorable.
