  Worst place ever, constant people using drugs in the toilet, I visited this place on the evening of 14th December with a group of my friends, firstly I was rudely greeted by the ticket seller. then I was charged more than everyone else, and when I brought this to a member of staff they were rude. I can’t understand how on a student dedicated night when someone tells you they paid 5 before you charge them extra the next time. the staff reasoning is appalling but the worst thing is later on in the night when I stopped a fight between three people but ended up being the one sanctioned and kicked out of the club. they treat their customer very bad. when I was let go the security officer asked for my identification, even though he said I wasn’t been blamed for the situation. I felt it was strange for my identification to be asked if I was not at fault so l refused to give it to him. and he said if I refuse, I will find it hard to get entry again in the future.Visited again for my friends birthday due to the majority voting to go there, as always the night was terrible, with constant fights and drug use in the club. I went to this club again because it was a large group of us and the birthday person wanted to celebrate there, to top it off, I was with friends and was escorted to a private room by security where there were two other securities there. they took my phone and went on my facebook without my permission, they are unreasonable. when I asked them why I was being kicked out they replied saying it was due to me leaving a negative review about my previous visit. I felt that was appalling as I am entitled to my own opinion, and apparently, I was on their banter staff chat. I find this very disturbing and they were constantly arguing with me, they did not want to listen to my point of view. they kept denying the fact that I was being kicked out. I further went on to ask their names and they refused to give it to me, and all they gave me only random job titles ie head of security. I was also told I was banned for the next 6 month, what is really annoying me is the fact that I still received no explanation as to why I was escorted out, they constantly refused to give me an answer. when the last time they told me I was not in trouble but continued to victimize me on another night. the fact I was kicked out for a negative review just shows their professionalism, they did not even have a common courtesy to reply to my review to ask further and investigate, but instead, I was put in their Banter chat. This whole situation has been rude and badly managed.
