Absolutely amazing asian cuisine experience. They have so many everyday customers that work just near their shop to enjoy lunch there! Im a student in Kingston and all our mates go to JOA for chicken chilli ! Staff is amazing.. funny as hell ! gotta get that loyalty card !
Very impolite and rude staff. Despite I’ve been buying their food for more than 2 years, they act if they had never seen me before. If you ask for an addition, paying both, they reduce the quantity of one of the 2, saying that otherwise there’s no enough room for both in the pot. They never say thank you and prices are expensive. I was stupid for going there so many times. Today was definitely the last time visiting them.
EXCELENT on all levels. the dumplings- kum man doo were fresh and im still craving them!the customer service was excellent, very polote and obviously trained.they have a large selection of drinks to choose from with your delicious,fresh and authentic meal! i am a regular there now! goodbye pret, starbucks and kokoro!
The location is easy to find it. But it was absolutely disgusting experience to visit JOA. The staff were unkind and rude. The area is so full of rubbish. Won’t recommend.
