Nice reataurant. Clever idea–mostly sausages (lots of variety with several veggie options) and mashed potatoes (again lots of cool variety–many veg friendly). Service fine, cost 50 pounds– three adults with three beers and one desert including tip. I would go again. Well done!
Good, honest food. This is my favourite cheap place to get a good hearty meal in Oxford. If you like bangers and mash then you’ll love the big bang. They serve a huge range of different sausages with a variety of different types of mash & other accompaniments. The restaurant is small and cosy (though i am assured they have a private function room available to hire), staff were prompt and very friendly and the price extremely reasonable.The best thing about this restaurant is they strive to provide local produce sourced daily from good quality local suppliers. It possibly is the best bangers & mash in the country in one of the trendiest areas of Oxford
