Who are we? We were born in 2013 by a couple of friends who shared the same enthusiasm for taking produce straight from the fields of our farm to the fields of a festival - it sounds cheesy but we're into that. What do we do? Our mission as young farmers was to create the 'Worlds finest cheesy chip' using only the most superior ingredients while maintaining a harmless relationship with the environment around us. And that's exactly what we did. What's the secret? Chip Off The Block uses the multi award winning Montgomery's Cheddar and Ogleshield coupled with hand picked potato's from our farm in the heart of Somerset. Why are our chips so breathtakingly good? The preparation process is a labour of love but oh so worth it. Firstly we hand cut the potato's before 'triple cooking' them for a thin, crisp, golden shell with a soft, delicate and fluffy centre. They're then thoroughly mixed with excessive amounts of cheese for total perfection. What other cools things to do we do?
