My boyfriend and I arrived on Saturday 31st March at 7:30 PM and the 3 girls behind the bar were too busy chit-chatting with one another or texting to take notice of us or take our drinks order.Shayanna and the band were advertised to start at 8:00 PM but didn’t begin playing ’til 9:15 PM.The Mau Mau Bar has an excellent JBL PA but, unfortunately, only the bass speakers which muffled the vocals to the point of being inaudible.Someone was sitting behind the DJ turntables but obviously not a sound engineer as he too was ‘too busy’ to notice how bad the band sounded.Will we return (for more of the same)?Not in this lifetime!If I could award 0.0, I would.
