I have been a customer for Star Pizza, Ladbroke Grove, for some years know, I usually order over the phone, to a good man, who used to take my order, until i had to order from a girl, who seem to have trouble understanding what i am asking for, and i always have a list of what i want, so on this day, i ordered something different for a change, like i said i had a list of what i wanted, i had to repeat myself, many times before she took down the order, it was very simple, a child could of done it, but no, in her case, she was sure a never mentioned anything about a drink with my food? which i always order.therefore she is lying. this is very bad customer service at it’s worst. not even an apology did i get. Because of her deliberate actions, i will not order ever again. I would advice anyone taking an order from a girl, to put the phone down, because you will not get what you ordered.
