KERALAN PASSION, BRITISH STYLE Founded in Cardiff in 2006, Mint and Mustard pioneered the British new wave of Indian cuisine. Now also in Penarth and Taunton, we continue to create dishes that marry contemporary style with a traditional Keralan dedication to excellence. Mint and Mustards cuisine is inspired by the Keralan philosophy of fresh, light and healthy food created with passion and care for the ingredients we use. We have always had a slow food approach cooking each dish fresh every time and using only pure, natural colours and flavours. Mint and Mustard food is beautifully presented and we allow our chefs to bring their own ingenuity to our menus. Our heart is in Kerala, while we innovate and redefine the Indian dining experience in Britain.
