Dining at the Gallery Restaurant gives you the chance to enjoy delicious, professionally prepared food at a fraction of the price youd pay at a high street restaurant. Our Hospitality and Catering Department aims to serve cuisine of the highest quality, while helping students gain the experience and training needed to master their craft. The Gallery Restaurant is run by students with the assistance of professional chefs. This means your experience will be similar to visiting a high-end restaurant; youll enjoy a three course meal with excellent standards of hospitality, a licensed bar and all within a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Your meal will be freshly prepared, cooked and served by our students as part of their course, all of whom pride themselves on their silver service standard of waiting. Our students love what they do and want to do well. By taking part successfully in competitions at a national level, their reputation is first-class.
