the beautiful Caf Bar at The Exchange is open from 10am offering a range of local ales from across the region. Also available is the award winning Adder Lager from Allendale Brewery, as well as Carlsberg, Tetley's Bitter, San Miguel, and Somersby Cider. The Caf Bar at The Exchange is a proud brand ambassador of The Lakes Distillery so you can be assured of quality spirits such as vodka, gin and whiskey. A selection of fine wines and premium soft drinks from the likes of Fentimans are also on offer and Teas, coffees and hot chocolates are provided by local supplier Ringtons. Food at The Exchange is locally sourced with bread coming from Geordie Bakers at Kingston Park, Fish from Taylor Seafood on the Fish Quay in North Shields and meat from Nicholsons butchers in Whitley Bay. Lunch is served daily, providing a selection of specials, light bites, sandwiches, soups, scones and cakes. Bar snacks are also available into the evening.
