My wife and I called in on Saturday to get a bacon, egg and sausage roll as we live locally and had never been there. The lady that served us went off to cook the eggs and then came back and left the eggs on the side to go cold while she served another customer. After a few minutes I asked her to put them in the heating rack as they would be going cold which she did without an apology. We then decided to leave the shop as we have never experienced such poor service. We also discovered that the bacon and sausages were also not cooked from fresh and were just sitting in the heating rack. We won’t being going back there!
