2 HOURS TO DELIVER!!. False promises that the food will be delivered in 45 minutes!! it was delivered 2 hours later and they offer a discount for the lateness but do not tell the delivery guy. So had to pay the driver the full amount!!Would never order from them again.,They do not care about customer service and did not care if I wrote a negative comment.Do not order from them if you are hungry as you will wait forever for the food to be delivered!!!
RUBBISH SERVICE. Ordered from Red Hot Chillies two times. First time, the restaurant complained I had not ordered over 15.00 of food and ripped me off in charging 2.50 for a 500ml bottle of coke ordered last minute over the phone despite advertising a minimum delivery charge of 12.00 on restaurant website. Second time, the driver pretended that he could not find my place. Did not even bother to ring my buzzer despite provided with clear directions for my home on the online order. Manager then made pathetic excuses that I was not answering my mobile. Manager also made all sorts of excuses to delay the delivery of the food which was paid for in advance on the Hot Red Chillies website. Lied about preparing fresh food as we received food which was soggy and stone cold. Do not bother with this outlet as the service is utterly crap and the manager far from professional. Food was not that great either and the portions small for the price paid. Rubbish and a complete rip off for consumers!!!
