  Extremely rude and non existent service. 6/9/14 ordered a take away from restaurant this evening and advised would take 40-50 minutes to be delivered which is not unexpected on a Saturday night. One hour later phoned to enquire on delivery, told it had left, and had phone hung up on me. 20 minutes later phoned again same lady again rude I said if not with me in five minutes cancel the order. Was told ok and again hung up on. No food! Which questions if my order had actually been processed at all. Would be very careful with this place as do not seem to care about service and the rudeness of staff does not give a very good impression

  Staff very rude. I visited this restaurant after some time i had good memories from my last visit. On Friday 2nd May 2014 I took a good friend with me and said the best chinese close enough taste to Eatwell good value and excellent service. However I was so so disappointed with the service more than the food put in front of me. The male waiter after ordering my food snatched the menu from me the waitress was rude. I asked if a manager was on site but they said no manager here today. I don’t recommend this restaurant as far as service , however the food is nice but its up to you.

  This used to be a fantastic restaurant, but my last experience will mean i will not be going again nor will i be recommending it to my friends. After placing an order over the phone, i i went to collect the order. On going through my order i was told by the manager that i have not ordered correctly. He then in a very rude an argumentative manner proceeded to have a rant at me.i asked him to clarify the order with the waitress and he refused to do so. However, when the waitress arrived with the order it was exactly as we had discussed. I explained to the manager that i did not take kindly to be reprimanded, especially when he was in the wrong.it was at this point that he threw a tantrum and took my order away.if you want a nice meal with good service then don’t eat here.

  Friendly place with good food. I have been here a few times over the last few years. The service has always been very friendly. The food is good, with some dishes being excellent. The banquets certainly provide more than enough in terms of portion size. The place is usually quite quiet and comfortable at lunch times. We return regularly for family events as it is good and reliable.

  Do ever go to this place to eat!!!!. I wish i had read these review before i went there!!!its the worst restaurant ever!!! we waited an hour and a half for our main course and when they eventually decided to bring it they got the orders all wrong!!! also the prices were ridiculously high considering that the portion were so tinythe manger was so rude and aggressive and didn’t even listen to our complaints!!!!!never going back to this place!!!! the restaurant doesn’t even deserve a rating!!!!!!!!

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!. Appalling service,food specifically requested as vegetarian with meat in it and the Rudest,obnoxious manager with attidude!!When we decided not to pay the ‘Discretionary’Service charge he became aggresive and locked the door and threatened us!As we were in group with kids and couple of disabled people we were forced to pay so we could leave the reataurant!Have never ever had such a Nightmarish experience at any place in UK or abroad in visting any restaurant!!
