This place is great for a quiet dinner with a loved one, not so great as a group. It’s quiet and you feel as if you’re disrupting the peace.The food? I loved it. I had the lobster, bacon and avocado sandwich and I regret nothing. The bacon was crispy and delicious and the lobster was perfectly cooked. I left here absolutely stuffed, I regret nothing.I had a few bites of the fish and chips and yes, they are something special. Definitely ordering it when I return, and I will return.Their plating is superb and they actually care about your meal and experience, cannot fault the staff.

An old favourite. Geales was the first restaurant I went to when I arrived in London 35 years ago. How amazing is that.We had such fun the other night, the best Fish and fantastic Chips.My friend had the fish pie , Try it !! Every town need a Geales.
Geales. After not having been to Geale’s for many years, I had dinner with a friend recently and we thoroughly enjoyed it! I had the moules which were definitely good value and perfectly cooked and a good portion of handcut chips – always a good test for me – and they too were perfect. Will be heading there again very soon.
