We had a mixed starter plate to share for 3. It was massive, so good for those with big appetites, but mostly stuff you can do yourself (canned tuna, sandwich meat, prawn cocktail). Mains were ok, but overpriced for the quality of the food.

I have been overcharged on both visits!. I would strongly recommend that you check your bill at Amores as I have been overcharged on both visits. Twice, I ordered a large glass of wine, was served a small one but charge the price of a large one. Then, one item on the bill did not reflect the price on the menu. When we pointed this out, they shrugged their shoulders and did not apologise.
Good food and atmosphere – can get a little busy (and noisy!) though, so usually best to book.
