What happened to the food?. This used to be a great pub where we generally ate at least once a week. The staff remain friendly, and the beer and the atmosphere are still good. But in recent months the quality of food has nose-dived. The excellent Thai options have gone and the other offerings have gone down in variety, quality and quantity, but gone up in price. We really want to support our local and have tried to keep eating here. But we’ve been seriously disappointed by the food 5 times out of 5 in the last month. Even the chips have been undercooked (and the roast lunch left two of our party ill). Not sure what’s happened to the kitchen but I really hope they can fix it soon.
