Paul's kitchen might have only been open for a short time, but our roots go back many years. Owned and managed by award winning chef Paul Day, Pauls kitchen started as an extension of our other business, Pauls the catering company which had already been running for four years. With the success of the catering business, we needed somewhere a little bigger to prepare food and host wedding and business customers for tastings. But once we were in the building, it was obvious this was a great opportunity to offer our own unique style of food to the general public.
