About
We serve fabulous homemade food, locally sourced where we can. Our menu will change with availability of fresh ingredients and we offer a small select wine list and bar. We are set in an historic Grade II listed Tudor building which was once owned by a wealthy merchant, Thomas Byngley, who became Mayor of Poole in 1555, hence our name. The painted ceiling in our dining room is noteworthy and believed to have been painted c.1830. Parking is off-site, either on the road or there are many pay-and-display car parks in the vicinity of The Quay.Details
