The otherwise great and smooth going night was offset by uncaring attitude of the staff. To begin with, the atmosphere is filled with loud music. Coming to food, we were charged for the dishes we did not order. When we complained, the manager was ignorant and rude. Not going back !
I had a bad experience dining at this restaurant. The food was not that good and not at all appetizing. The food was also of bad quality and the prices surely did not justify the prices of the dishes. The service was also extremely bad and was a major lag here. The staff was inefficient. I would definitely not be going back.
I will be in the city for the next day, and this is the only place I am hoping I’ll have time to visit. I just chanced upon these reviews, and half of them are utter nonsense. This place is unbelievably nice. One is served lentil soup upon arrival, with fresh pickles that are both amazing. The kofta kebabs come as a highly recommended appetizer. The meat is succulent and fresh and the bread is so delicious. The best part, though, is the price. It is so economical and the food tastes brilliant. The setting could be a little tiring, but the food makes up for it.
The staff was a bit rude and the quality of food was pretty average. I would say there are other restaurants serving better quality of food and that too at reasonable prices. I won’t go there again and would also recommend you to do the same as I am pretty sure that you will get disappointed.
We changed our plans last minute and went for this place. The food was just amazing with generous portions and the salads and naan were on the house. We ordered mixed grill for two and it was even enough for three persons. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to your needs. I would recommend this to all.
The service was very poor here. The attitude of the waiters were not good at all. They were in fact very rude. According to me for a good place they must have good staff only that can uplift their name in the market. I will never return to this place every again and won’t recommend it to anyone.
This place serves the most amazing Kurdish dishes, and I have not once been disappointed in my many and regular visits to this place. It has a very charming air of simplicity and is very unpretentious. The food is a treat for the taste buds. The service is impeccable and the food is so filling.
