Quiet and tucked away. Good service. For the summer a nice place to stand outside. Not a great choice on the food menu. Would recommend for a drink.
Went here for lunch, unfortunately the bbq menu was not available until 5pm, so I will just have to visit again.As for lunch we all went for burgers, these were nice freshly made patty’s, very moist, if anything could do with a little more flavour, but it was good. Served with a topping of cheese and streaky bacon, so healthy eating was not front of mind. There chips were good but I’m told they use to serve chunky triple cooked, so it would be great if they returned to these.This is a nice bar, good ambiance and if you like whisky then it is a must for you, a wide selection.
Ribs and whisky. Best in class.
