This Ethiopian restaurant gives you an experience of community eating. The anjeera is the highlight of their menu and have it with any of the combinations you wont be disappointed. The place can get busy quickly so make sure you book prior to your visit. Not all your guests would be impressed by the ambience but food lovers will appreciate it. Service is good and so is the music.
I went here a few years ago and the food and service was very good. However, I went again today with a group of 15 people and the service was shocking. Some of my friends had children in prams and the staff were quite unwelcoming. They seemed very eager for us to leave as soon as possible – clearing up our plates when we hadn’t finished etc. Food was ok but due to the service I don’t think any of the 15 of us will be returning again.
This was one of my most favorite restaurants to visit while in London. The food was amazing and reminded me of back home to a degree.However, the cook changed before 10 to 11 months and the food became less tasty afterwards. It is still good but it lost its magical touch.
