This train station pub is part of Fuller chain and run promos for members of their mailing list. The food is nice, and drinks choices are plentiful. Most staff are Spanish and very friendly. Would happily visit again.
Great and confortable little space. Amazing chicken club sandwich and a great cup of tea. The only downside was the bacon, to saltie for my taste but overall a great place for a quick meal before you catch the train.
This is a cool place. I have rated it a little high perhaps because I had such a nice time here. Used it as a pick up and drop off point for Paddington station (naturellement) and have had over 2 stays the pulled pork nachos and also the sausage & mash with spring greens.I have to say the nachos were the most luscious and superb nachos ever. Admittedly I was quite drunk but that normally makes me more judgemental… The sausage & mash was a second choice as I had actually wanted the sweet potato curry. However! When they realised they were out of that I was invited to choose whatever I liked from the menu & would have had a refund if it had cost less. I’ll put it this way, I wanted the curry, but I loved the sausages. Thanks The Mad Bishop & Bear. You were a beautiful backdrop for an amazing weekend.
