On a street filled with Italian restaurants, I would strongly recommend avoiding Villa Rosa at all costs! The incredibly pushy and rude waitstaff with the addition of cold and bland food made the whole experience displeasurable. Specifically the mushroom and tomato tortellini was served cold and when reserved seemed to have been reheated poorly in the microwave. To finish this disastrous dining experience, we were shocked to witness a single diner asked to move from his seat so that a table of 11 could be seated. If eating alone isn’t already an insecure experience for the guy, being subjected to being moved would surely make you feel uncomfortable, insecure and undervalued. The old man who I presume is the manager, gave such attitude after we had been charged a service fee we were not told about and after asking for our change. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
