  I ordered at 5.45pm well before the usual rushof orders after 6.30-7pm, was told it was 45mins for delivery. By 7.20pm over 1 hour 30min food hadn’t arrived and I was feeling very hungry as I usually eat befoer 7pm, so I called them and was told the drvier was on his way. He arrived about 10mins later so I waited almost 1hr 40mins. I asked for a menu and receipt as I had an old menu and was told over the phone prices had gone up but the driver said he had forgot it and would whattaspp it to me later with the receipt. I was charged 5 for 2 peri chicken pieces (a thigh and a breast) and 15.99 for a mixed grill and a sheek kebab starter which I made very clear where the starter long sheek kebabs approx 6 in total, which I had ordered regularly before over the last 4 years. In total my bill was 31.00 which included 1 to the driver albeit I know I should have had but these drivers don’t make much money. No coke bottle was given despite the order being well over 20-25 (all other take aways in the area provide this) but manager said he gave me a portion of rice for free but I have no idea if this true as I dont know the correct prices or have a receipt to add it. The order arrived without the sheek kebabs instead there was kebab roll with 2 pieces covered in mayonnaise. There was no salad at all or onions in the mixed grill unlike over 30 other times I had ordered. It was the smallest portion of mixed grill I had received in 4 years and the most costly overall for what I got. I called the manager he apologized and despite my saying I would be happy to wait anytime till midnight for the delivery to pass by – on at least 2-3 occasions – they said they were too busy today but would send the sheek kebabs tomorrow or Monday whenever I called. I called the next day and a different manger Numan said I had not insisted on the sheek kebabs being delivered onthe Satruday and that I would now have to place a new order for more food in order to get the sheek kebabs delivered. He said it was my mistake that I hadn’t insisted even though I repeatedly told him I had asked for it to be delivered correctly on the Saturday. He was repeating what he said and accusing me of wanting free food (even though I had already for the sheek kebabs and not received them due to their mistake but he kep[t saying it was my mistake – which made no sense) he was argumentative, rude, speaking over me, irrational and intentionally antagonizing me. He made no offer to reimburse me for the cost of the sheek kebabs and has retained my money.I feel I have also been overcharged for the chicken as I used to get a full baby chicken for 5 for the past 4 years and he charged me 6 for 2 pieces which weren’t hot on arrival, and the mixed grill was not worth 15.99. I’ve spent well over two thousands pounds with this restaurant and always tipped their drivers (so that’s almost 100) in the past but the way they have treated me for a few pounds for an order they got wrong has just left me dismayed. Quite clearly they have no concern over customer service, professional standards or doing the right thing even after being made aware of their mistakes, and instead irrational seek to blame this in on a customer – for these reasons I intend to inform trading standards and others of this experience as this should not be acceptable behaviour or standard.

  I TRY ORDER MY CURRY CAUSE ME HUNGRY AND THEN U NO PICK UP DE PHONE I BLOODY TRIED 23 TIMES I SUE YOU. AND UR KEBAB POISONED MY DOG I GAVE HER THE FISH AND SHE RUN LIKE USAIN BOLT. U POISONED ME!! I MUST SAY UR CHIP IS QUITE DELIGHTFUL ME LIKE IT VERY MUCH/ BUT COME ON BRUDER. DONT DO THIS. I TRY CALL U NO PICK UP DE PHONE. TOO LAZY TO DELIVER THE FOOD HUH! BYE. MY REVIEW IS 1.0 BECAUSE UR CHICKEN CURRY IS DISGRACEFUL.
