As we walked out of this restaurant, we realised how big a mistake it was. The ambience is contemporary and modern, however the Turkish food served is just not a delight. Very disappointing indeed. The quality of food is not up to the mark and we felt unreasonable paying such a high price. The service too did not make up for the poor food. You can definitely look for better places in the neighbourhood. I do not recommend it.

I love this restaurant! It is by far one of the best Greek restaurants and in all honesty, the best restaurant overall full stop. Me and my family often go to this restaurant because the food is outstanding, the service is one of a kind and its also reasonably priced. If you want top quality food, with a friendly service, I would highly recommend Kouzina to you.

Rude, bad food, no sense of time. Jack has the phone manner of a pig in the palmers green branchthe southgate branch cheats you out of money so watch your money!I wouldn’t bother going here

Great local restaurant. George and his staff are very welcoming and the quality of the food superb. I have eaten here many times with different friends and family with the same outcome, a great meal in a great restaurant!

Fantastic food and great place!. I also would like to comment on Anastasia’s review, because it looks like she commented on a completely different restaurant. I don’t even recall pork kebab to be on the menu…I go to Kouzina every weekend and I love this place. The chef is very friendly and takes care of the customers very well. Staff is friendly and helpful and service is excellent. They have fresh fish and seafood straight from the market, carefully selected by the chef and the owner. Even the oysters are fresh and delicious (and I am very picky with my oysters!). The restaurant is a modern style greek restaurant. It is always packed with customers who return after having their fist meal there. Fish cakes are the best I had so far in the UK, monkfish, seabass and oysters very fresh and delicious. Lamb is tender and very, very good. Their grilled specialities are always fresh and perfectly grilled. I recommend to try the specials of the day, they are always lovely. In general, I recommend this place to everyone 🙂 It is one of my favourites restaurant sin UK and the best greek restaurant in this country.

Anna. Firstly i would like to comment on the Anastasia comment from September… i have been to this restaurant 5 times and never had a bad meal ! It was either a totally different chef or you wouldn’t know good food if it bit you. My partner and myself have had various dishes from Meze to traditional Greek food and Fish – all were cooked perfect and tasted delicious. My Partner is Greek and we have been there with his family for birthdays etc.. we are all Greek and LOVE all the food. I would definatly recommend this to my friends and NOT my enemies.. All round excellant food and service!! I say give it another chance 🙂

Awful. What an awful experience. A party of 10 of us visited Kouzina this evening for the first time and the only thing I found myself looking forward to, was coming to write this review and warn potential customers NOT to go there and waste both your time and money.I ordered the special of the day, an apparent sirloin steak. i’ve had better steaks from the supermarket. I asked for it to be cooked medium rare, and received it well done, covered in parlsey (could this be to mask the terrible quality?) and fat with an accompaniment of soggy tasteless chips. After checking with the owner that it was in fact what I had ordered, I received a very boastful comment stating that most people enjoy incredible steaks there…ummmm aren’t you supposed to apologise and try and satisfy an unhappy customer with either a replacement steak or another meal? I wasn’t offered either, not even an apology. My partner tried the pork kebab, a supposed ‘safe choice’. Once again, how disappointing and also a bit of a health risk. A plate of smelly meat appeared which was inedile not only due to the stench, but also to the toughness of the meat. At least he had the same order of chips as me to enjoy! The low class service, over the top pricing and terrible food was enough to put me off going there again and as you can imagine, i won’t be recommending this place to any friend…..enemy maybe!
