  I would not order from here again.1. It costs close to 19 for a milkshake and a waffle….this is ok if it was good service and quality, but it is not.2. When delivered all the chocolate has leaked into the bag make a very messy eat and chocolate everywhere before even beginning to eat! The bag was soaked so even putting it down left a mess on my worktop before opening.3. For these prices the least they can provide is a napkin/ tissue , but nope not a napkin or single piece of cheap cutlery in sight.4. If you are going to deliver warm and frozen desserts, then the correct measures for delivery need to be used, but not here….waffle with chocolate was luke warm at best. By the time I cleaned up all the mess and chocolate from the delivery, it was cold.WASTE OF MONEY

  Swirliz was such a disappointment last night. I had a savoury crepe with mushroom and tomato, it was bland and not fresh. My daughter had garlic bread and all fourpieces were burnt, my little daughter had a margarita pizza which was straight out of the freezer, put in the oven and covered with cheese, it was so bad. The place is dirty, dated, the seats are all torn. It is just a complete mess. The toilet is disgusting. While having your dinner/dessert you have the unfortunate pleasure of watching the grossest films, like last night The Incredible Hulk was on, I mean really? What is this place? A family place, teenage joint, it doesn’t fit any category.I feel sorry for the staff who are friendly but overworked.I was shocked to see they had to do the dishes by hand.

  I live in the same neighborhood as this restaurant and am a regular visitor of this place. The owner of this restaurant have recently extended their menu and now offer a huge list of dishes to cater to a wide variety of people. The waffles at this place are amazing and were better than a lot of places that I have visited recently.The prices are pretty reasonable too and I’ll continue to visit this restaurant quite often.

  I had a wonderful time here. The food is freshly cooked and served. It is very delicious and is very well presented as well. The presentation is very impressive. The staff is very cooperative and warm. They are very friendly too. The ambiance is also very good. I am surely going to visit this place soon.

  I really love vibrant yet relaxed places like these.The ambiance of this place is very casual and this makes a great place to hang out with friends. I especially like the idea of eating ice cream while enjoying some tv. The menu also offers some other sweet delights like the delicious milkshakes and waffles.The service here is not intrusive but cordial! I wish there were more such places. I will keep coming back.

  This place has to be an absolute miss. From the servers not being able to attend to the guests efficiently to the highly uncomfortable seats to the sheer level of noise made by the naughty kids outside I would say that everything here needs a revamp. The waiting time for the food is long and in the end the food is surely not worth the wait.

  The place offers great desserts and ice-creams. There is an extensive list of ice-creams flavors to choose from. The ambiance is good, with the seating being spacious and comfortable enough. I ordered the melon flavored ice-cream and it was blissful! The rose flavor is also particularly good. I would surely come back.
