  We are regulars in the green lanes turkish restaurant district. We usually go to Devran, Antepelier or Hala, however they were all very busy so we thought we would try Vadi. We got a lahmucun to takeaway, it tasted really good, only cost 1.50 with the extras of houmous, sauces and salad all included. We returned the next day (today 20/09/2015) and decided we would try eating in. However the restaurant was empty so we changed our mind and put in order to go. The management then claimed that houmous was not included and would be included separately, but did not say that this would cost extra. We then went to pay for the order, they first tried to charge us extra because we were eating in, even though we had not eaten in, they then charged us 3 for a tiny box of houmous. Its not the cost that was issue but the bare faced cheek of charging extra just because we changed our minds about eating in. We will not be returning and recommend sticking with the bigger restaurants in the area, we can now see why Vadi was empty.

  Spacious Turkish restaurant that serves a wide variety of Turkish food.Service is good and the decor is reasonable.Ordered the main dips for starters which came with Turkish bread which was nice.For the main course, I ordered chicken and lamb shish kebab and it came with rice and salad.The meat was nice and juicy but the rice was very plain and the salad was quite boring.The price of the meal was very reasonable and cheap for what your getting but they do make their money on the drinks.Overall, decent cheap meal, very loud atmosphere. Does the job.
