Obnoxious staff. Cafe well designed and choice of food is good, but the attitude of the staff stinks – surly and sarcastic. If you stand quietly near the counter, you can listen to them mocking customers that come in. A real shame as this could be a really good business if it were better managed.I imagine that the batch of positive reviews from March 2009 was posted by someone connected with the company, and that the only apparently genuine customer review also mentions staff attitude.
The Best Deli Ever!. New to this area as from Cardiff but I am sold on Bebo. Amazing food – gourmet salads, pasta, jackets and the best sanswiches in speciality bread I have ever tasted. They do all day breakfast and do a USA grandslam with maple syrup like DEnny’s in USA = to die for. Great Staff amazing coffee. I was down on a job for a week found this place day 2 and came twice a day until I left.

Fab Fab Fab. This place is without doubt the only reason I still go to WGC (oh and John Lewis I guess!). Saturday morning full English in an upmarket Starbucks style decor with huge atmosphere. Great Coffee and amazing salads and sandwiches. Can get busy but shows it s popular – really good value too considering it is all fresh and served from like an upmarket deli – all prime meats and the cray fish is amazing with chili sauce. Not sure about last reviewers experience with the staff as they’ve always been fast and friendly! The cakes – don’t start me on the cakes……….
Made a special trip to eat here but will think twice about returning – not because of the food which is good but by the rude and extremely unfriendly service of two female staff members who thought it acceptable to make sarcastic comments and make no effort to greet or smile. Disgusted by their poor service.
Classy place to meet and greet. Bebo makes the best sandwiches and coffee in the area, and the staff are always friendly and enthusiastic. A great place to meet up with friends or take a break from shopping. Highly recommended.
