Great for a Drink. Beer or Gin Lovers come here for an after work drink and enjoy. Natural Light and quite nice service. Sometimes the music is too loud, so if your into a girls talk better go to another place as you won’t be able to listen your friends
A classic Bar Works gem, Three Johns has been a favourite of mine for a long time. I love the interior: it’s brickish and woody without being the typical London fare we’re so used to. I really like the separate dining space inside too, be sure to sit in there if you visit for a proper meal. It’s so spacious in the main area; it feels like they’ve deliberately kept less tables to make it so. Great for big groups due to to the long tables too.
I came here for pizza before a heavy night of New Years Eve celebrations. Not only did it line my stomach perfectly, the size was bang on as was the price. The toppings aren’t particularly exciting or imaginative, but they did taste fresh.Although I was in rather too much of a hurry, I can easily imagine whiling away an evening here with friends enjoying pizza and an impressive selection of drinks. The atmosphere was particularly excitable and buzzy but I suspect this was because it was New Years Eve rather than because of the pub itself. syruptitiously.com
