This is a wonderful old pub with good food and drinks . Very good atmosphere and lovely staff. The meals are on the large side so take your appetite with you . Can recommend this pub to anyone going to Penzance.
I am local and use the pub for social drinking. Food is still available and of continued good quality. Very quiet as is usual at this time of year.
Was planning to eat here one evening but the menu was uninspiring and the place looked like it could do with a good clean. Barmaid was friendly but customers sat at the bar were obviously friends of hers and their language was disgusting.
