There were more staff than customers on a Saturday night. The doormen are very polite and so were the bar staff, unfortunatley the Asian manager barely speaks any English and is incredibly rude and agressive, an absolute discrace. We had an issue which required the ‘manager’ to sort it out, needless to say he was completely useless and rude so we left our drinks there, untouched and will never return. Worst place in Ealing by far. They should fire the guy they currently call the ‘manager’ and get someone with some customer service skills.
