Complete Disappointment. First time using Nanna Mexico and the last time too. Took 2hrs15 for them to deliver a stone cold burrito. When I asked the driver for her name she refused to tell me, the man who claimed to be in charged passed me over to another staff member to handle my complaint and take my details. The girl I finally dealt with was the only one who spoke with respect and understanding. Absolutely appalled. Will be having a serious conversation with the manager tomorrow – assuming she bothers to call me, unlike her staff.
