About
This often overllooked little gem is on the High Street on the way out of Bromley going towards Catford. It is near to the Magistrates' Court. The cuisine is delightful, and the owner is a very friendly lady called Maria. They do a brilliant A la Carte, Table D'Hote and lunchtime special menu, all at very reasonable prices and all high quality. The lunchtime menu, for example is a choice of nine different pasta dishes with a red or white wine for 6-95, which is excellent value. It is a small, comfortable restaurant with a charming atmosphere. I am only sorry that it does not receive the recognition it deserves. In a town which is bursting with good restaurants, this one should stand out for quality and value for money. I, my faimily and many friends go there regularly, so it is no flash in the pan.
